1. Payment Method: The property facilitates cashless payments and accepts a wide range of International and Local bank cards including Mastercard, Visa, and JCB, as well as Credit/Debit cards and Direct Debit cards from BPI, UnionBank, RCBC, and China Bank. Additionally, E-wallet options such as GCash, Maya, Grab Pay, and ShopeePay are also accepted. Moreover, retail outlets like Cebuana Lhuillier and 7-Eleven are available for convenient transactions.

2. Daily rate / 22 Hrs Rate Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement,payment.

3. 12 Hrs Rate Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 23:30 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement,payment.

4. Identification and Registration: All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in. The hostel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not presented.

5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during these times and keep noise levels to a minimum.

6. Smoking and Alcohol Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Consumption of alcohol is allowed in designated areas only and must be done responsibly.

7. Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to respect fellow guests and hostel staff. Any disruptive behavior or violation of hostel policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.

8. Safety and Security: For security purposes, guests are provided with mobile smart key  to access their rooms and lockers. Do not share your key information with others, and report any technical problem immediately to reception.

9. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms and common areas clean and tidy. Please wash your dishes after use, dispose of trash properly, and refrain from littering.

10. Damages and Liability: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to hostel property or facilities during their stay. Charges for damages will be assessed and billed accordingly.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policies: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period.

12. Age Restrictions: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The hostel may refuse check-in to unaccompanied minors.

13. Pets Policy: Pets are welcome at our hostel! Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

14. Personal Belonging :Please do not leave your belongings unattended. The hostel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property.
